Made some new friends

What a day! This morning Ben received a visit from Stinger, the mascot for the Ohio Blue Jackets, a video call from Tommy Hawk, the mascot for the Chicago Blackhawks and he received a care package from the Blackhawks team! So many awesome things were in that care package including an Andrew Shaw jersey!

Ben started his medication again today and had his first radiation treatment. The technician even made Ben’s radiation mask look like a Blackhawk’s helmet! His treatment went very quick and he seems to be tolerating it well. I made his take a nap though!
