Back to Ohio

Today Ben and I head back to Ohio after a wonderful long weekend at home. It was very refreshing and it lifted everyone’s spirits to be together.

Everyday we saw Ben improving. He was able to go for a walk around the neighborhood, he kicked a soccer ball around, he was able to shoot some hoops, he stayed up a couple days without needing naps, he wrote in a card for me, he smiled, he laughed, all these things were absolute blessings to see! Thank you Lord!

We thanked God everyday to see these milestones as Ben heals from his second brain surgery.

This week we will have some appointments with specialist, imaging and lab work done all to prepare for Ben’s upcoming radiation and medication treatments.
